545 miles (give or take)

My goal of cycling all 545 miles of AIDS/LifeCycle didn't work out.

My left knee started giving my trouble as soon as I road out, but with ice and a lot of stretching I made it up Quadbuster, the worst climb of the ride. After rest stop 2 it started giving me trouble and I swept out, meaning I stopped riding and got a lift to the next stop.

I was picked up by a van decked out as a plane, complete with oxygen masks hanging from hooks in the back seat. There will be photos later.Tomorrow is about 95 miles and I suspect I won't be able to make all of it, but I'm going to try my best.
