The Last Training Ride

I had my last AIDS/LifeCycle this past saturday, with less than two weeks now until I spend a week riding to Los Angeles, this coming weekend will be a lot of packing and prep work.
Most of the training I've done the last two months has been leading a two month long series of training rides, helping new riders train by stepping up the milage each week until we reach 83 miles last week.
Through leading this series I've also had a chance to become friends with the rest of the series leaders which has made long rides on sometimes cold and rainy sundays all the more fun.
I still have another week and a half to get ready, and to fund raise! So far, with the generous support of my friend and coworkers at Six Apart, I've been able to raise $4,485 which funds life saving HIV and AIDS services and prevention, and I hope I can at least reach $6,000 to match what I was able to match what I raised last year.
If you can, please support HIV and AIDS services by supporting me on the ride with a donation of support. Thank you everyone who has supported me last year and this.

All of the best with your SF-LA Aids LifeCycle. May you have a safe trip and an amazing time! You will be in my thoughts.

PS-That afternoon spent with you, walking through the Aids Memorial in Golden Gate Park, is still one of the most profound & life changing moments I have experienced to date.
